We ship all over Egypt. We ONLY have Standard Delivery which takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
- Standard Cairo & Giza Delivery is within 3-5 working days
- Standard Alexandria Delivery is within 3-5 working days
- Standard Other Governorates Delivery is within 5-7 working days
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it with another item, within 48 hrs. In this case, items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, free of marks & with all tags still attached. We don't accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at
sara.shenawy@blondbys.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we'll fully examine it and notify you via email if you're entitled to a refund or a replacement.
